- Camp will meet 4 days per week – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings; Saturday mornings
- We will meet at 6:15pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings
- We will meet at 9:15am on Saturday mornings
- The sessions are generally 1 hour and 45 minutes in duration
- NEW THIS YEAR! If there is enough interest, we will also have sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, at 9:15am. These sessions would be IN ADDITION TO the other sessions, allowing for more flexibility to fit your schedules. This time of day may be better suited for our younger runners, though all levels and ages may come at this earlier time too.
WHERE
The Camp takes place in the beautiful and abundant trails located in the Rockefeller State Park Preserve, Sleepy Hollow, NY. The group meets before each session at the Sleepy Hollow High School parking lot (directions), and from there, we all make the short jog into the Park’s trails.
WHO ARE OUR ATHLETES
Our Camp is designed for runners of all abilities, ranging in age from 10 years to the collegiate level, who want to be properly prepared for their upcoming seasons. Athletes are placed into different groups, depending upon their level of ability, with at least 1 coach joining each group throughout the entirety of their workout.
For 4 weeks this summer, you have the opportunity to be trained by some of the best runners in the area, several of whom are nationally ranked and hail from various parts of Africa.

OUR COACHING PHILOSOPHY
Coach Mike’s injury-averse coaching style is as inspiring as it is effective, and it applies equally well to the beginner runner as it does to Mike’s Elite athletes.
Our program is “progressive,” meaning that we don’t immerse our athletes into intense workouts or mileage in 1 week. Instead, we work with each athlete, over 4 weeks, tailoring the appropriate running program that will result in each of them being fully prepared for their upcoming seasons.
Though we strongly recommend attending the entire 4-week program to gain the most benefit, we do understand that these young athletes have additional summer commitments, and may not be able to attend the Camp in its entirety.
CAMP FEES
4-weeks at $360 (16 sessions)
3-weeks at $275 (12 sessions)
2-weeks at $200 (8 sessions)
Sessions can be used anytime within the 4 weeks, and there will be several opportunities for ‘make-ups’
We welcome all, so please let us know if financial assistance is needed; we’ll make it work!
Payments can be made when the athlete arrives to Camp or in advance.
