Representing the Westchester Track Club the team of Bob Sweeny and Smokey finished 5th in an elite field of athletes last weekend. In Smokey’s first attempt at the distant, occasionally stopping to munch on grass while Bob stopped for water, a great performance finishing just seconds outside a medal. The future looks very bright for Smokey and Bob, who will be looking at major sponsorship offers as they plan their Fall schedule.
