UPDATE from Coach Mike

December 13

Great news . Today Adam was released from Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia. He is being transferred to NYU Hospital as an outpatient and will begin therapy this week. It has been a long 2 months in Phila. Adam just called me as he is being driven back home to Harlem by his brother Salim. He is very much looking forward to sleeping in his own bed tonight, as one can only imagine.

Saturday Workouts: Fall/Winter Schedule as of November 18, 2023

Our Saturday workouts continue year-round. Coach Mike Barnow will meet everyone at 9:30am in the upper Sleepy Hollow High School parking lot. The group will do a 2 mile easy warm-up run to the Flat Hill area, near the tunnel on Sleepy Hollow Road. If you are running late, and can't make the warm-up, meet us near Coach Mike's bench in Rockies at 10:00 am for the start of the workout. Official club members will see updates as needed on our social media platforms.

Our Saturday workouts continue year-round. Coach Mike Barnow will meet everyone at 9:15am in the upper Sleepy Hollow High School parking lot.
