Rocky’s 5K Updates

The Rocky’s 5K, to be held at the Rockefeller State Park Preserve on Saturday October 26th, is nearing capacity! Register online soon before it closes out by visiting www.rockysraces.org.

Also we are looking for two more volunteers to help out by handing out bibs and t-shirts at the WRR store, one for each day, on the Thursday the 24th and Friday the 25th between 4 and 7pm. Please contact Stella at info@rockysraces.org to volunteer.

Saturday Workouts: Fall/Winter Schedule as of November 18, 2023

Our Saturday workouts continue year-round. Coach Mike Barnow will meet everyone at 9:30am in the upper Sleepy Hollow High School parking lot. The group will do a 2 mile easy warm-up run to the Flat Hill area, near the tunnel on Sleepy Hollow Road. If you are running late, and can't make the warm-up, meet us near Coach Mike's bench in Rockies at 10:00 am for the start of the workout. Official club members will see updates as needed on our social media platforms.

Our Saturday workouts continue year-round. Coach Mike Barnow will meet everyone at 9:15am in the upper Sleepy Hollow High School parking lot.
