(10/8/12) competing as a guest at the Tufts 10K( all women) in Boston (US Women’s National Championship) Helen Jemutai finished 1st. in a field of 8000 winning in a personal best time of 32:29.8.Remarkably, this was the day after Helen was 3rd. woman in the Boston AA 1/2 Marathon running 1:13:35.

At the Hartford Marathon run this morning our guys finished 1,2 as Abiyot Endale broke the course record winning in 2:15:35 (PB), and Mathew Kiplagat in his marathon debut finishing 2nd. in 2:17:53.
